we went to the spanish riviera in 1985. It was no longer so nice with my partner at the time. Actually, this holiday should lead to our reconciliation, which, however, did not work out.

Then as I was walking along the beach I met a young man he smiled at me and said "Hola hermosa mujer!" meaning "Hello beautiful lady!" I was to find out later. After breaking up with my current significant other, the charming young man and I became closer. Even though we never got married, we are still a happy couple to this day!

my wife Lisa and I used to go to the Bavarian Alps every year. We always had a lot of fun and enjoyed the beauty of nature. Ever since Lisa passed away two years ago, I still drive to the Bavarian Alps in our caravan. I miss you a lot, but I think of you a lot when I'm there.

My boyfriend and I went on vacation with our Harleys. With backpack, tent and sleeping bag. Just things that you urgently need in the direction of Scandinavia. In Stavanger my boyfriend and I met two beautiful young ladies Malena and Dorothe are now our wives. This holiday was definitely one of the best we had ever done together.

One of our first backpacking trips became a problem. Since we foolishly thought we were about to run into foreign terror, we tried a tour in Virginia USA. We were dropped off in the middle of the wilderness but forgot to orient ourselves beforehand. Until we realized that we were definitely just walking in the wrong direction. Furthermore, I had lost our compass, or at least thought I had lost it, so Manfred and I had radio silence for the time being, we just had to find and orient ourselves again. We then wandered through the woods and tried to orient ourselves at some points, but only vaguely succeeded. During a break from marching, I had my backpack in my arms so much that my hand came on the lower front pocket. My socks couldn't keep me from finding my compass.

With a rough determination of direction we then found our way back to the starting point. Heaven knows what would have happened to us if we had really lost that "damn" compass!
